The Easiest Way to Promote ClickBank Products

ClickBank has introduced a new feature recently that makes it easier than ever for you to start getting traffic and making affiliate sales – the FaceBook “Like” button.

When you visit the ClickBank marketplace, you will see this Like button next to every single product, and when your click on it you will be posting your unique Clickbank hoplink to FaceBook. If your FB friends click on that link and buy, you make commissions.

But you have to be logged in first for this new feature to work properly.

If you think this is cool, then you have to check out LinkTrackr, an affiliate link cloaking software designed and created by my company. It takes affiliate marketing on FaceBook, Twitter and social media sites to a whole new level.

How Some Internet Marketers Create Products

myeasybutton A lot of Internet marketers out there use a very simple formula to come out with new products. This is it:

  1. Search for a catchy domain name, and register it
  2. Screenshot as many ClickBank earning reports as possible
  3. Create a long and boring salespage, add more screenshots
  4. If it sounds and looks good, create the product

Sounds silly?

Think about it – how many products can you find on ClickBank today that seem to follow this formula? There’s othing really new about the information in the product itself. Just a different “spin” on things, and it all starts with the domain name.

Who am I to day what’s right and what’s wrong, when the formula works for them?

What do you think?

ClickBank Encoded Hoplinks Prevent Affiliate Theft

ClickBank has been making tons of changes recently, including a new design which seems more “modern” than their old look. However some of the important changes were more than just cosmetic.

For example, as I was trying to get an affiliate link for Simply PLR today, I expected to see the usual hoplink format which is your affiliate ID followed by the publisher id and the rest of clickbank.net URL.

What I found however is the new encoded hoplink format, which solves the age old problem of affiliate commission theft from ClickBank products. There has been tons of third-part applications for encoding or masking affiliate links, but it’s good to see that ClickBank has FINALLY made it part of the default features.

Of course affiliate theft can still happen, but it’s much more difficult now.

Clickbank Announces Direct Deposit

If you have a Clickbank account, chances are you’re getting paid by check every pay period (2 weeks). If your payments are consistent, ie you have received at least 3 consecutive payments, then you qualify to apply for Clickbank’s direct deposit feature.

ClickBank is pleased to offer International Direct Deposit (XACH) for direct deposit of your ClickBank account payments into certain international bank accounts, at no extra charge.

This will help me save loads of time waiting for checks to appear in my mailbox, and trying to cash in the checks in time to pay other expenses and bills. If you live outside any of the countries where Direct Deposit is allowed (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States), then you can get a non-resident US bank account as an intermediary bank.

Malaysia Paypal and Clickbank Solution

[display_podcast]

chapterm In our second teleseminar for all members, I cover the tricky topic of Paypal and Clickbank problems for Malaysians, in detail:

  1. How do I withdraw money from my Paypal account?
  2. How do I sign-up and use Clickbank as they don’t allow Malaysia?

Some of you may remember that in April 2005 I published a book called “Chapter-M”.

I’ve made a lot of money with that ebook, and so have many other people. However, it’s now 2008 and a few things have changed as far as Paypal and Clickbank is concerned.

Listen to the teleseminar where I address the main questions, please take note however that there are other methods that I have not tried and therefore I do not talk about it.

My wish is that all Malaysians would overcome these problems and stop asking the same question over and over again, but sometimes I think it will continue even after I reach 30 :)

Paypal Debit Card for Malaysians

withdraw-money-from-paypal3

I was away for more than 3 weeks, and incredible things have happened. The best news is that if you’re from Malaysia or any other country without Paypal-supported banks, you can now withdraw your money via Paypal’s debit card.

Previously, the best way to do is was to get a US bank account, and withdraw your funds via the bank-issued debit card or via TT transfer. There have also been a lot of other “dodgy” alternatives that include anything from private debit cards and cash-for-Paypal trades.

This is indeed a good move by Paypal (finally), perhaps it’s because they realize they are not going to be the only ones competing for your online transactions.

If you have a debit card from local malaysian banks, for example AmBank or Southern Bank, you can use it too with your PayPal account. Actually any debit card that allows online purchase can be used, check with your bank first if their debit card meets that criteria.
