Withdraw From PayPal to Malaysian Banks

PayPal malaysian bank

PayPal

Internet marketing and e-commerce in Malaysia will never be the same again. Now you can withdraw money from your PayPal account into your Malaysian bank. It will cost you nothing (FREE) if you withdraw more than RM400, and a small fee of RM3 for withdrawals below that amount. You can get your money within 2-3 business days.

Although you can now withdraw money from PayPal to your Malaysian bank account, you still cannot ADD funds to it by bank. You’ll still need a credit / debit card to do this. However, this is still major news for all Malaysian Internet marketers.

Now you don’t need a Singapore / US bank account, or any other back-door method of getting your money. If you’re from Malaysia and want to learn how to use PayPal, here’s the best place to get video tutorials: PayPal Malaysia

    Hi Gobala,

First of all your site is excellent! I came across your site from random Google search. Looks like you have another friend in the same “work-from-home” industry :)

I have a question though – I am starting to make some small income from promoting affiliate products and I have successfully transferred some $$ from Paypal. How should I declare tax? I know there is no tax treaty with US and Malaysia, so I am wondering how I should do this to “stay legal” from both worlds?

Thanks and hope to hear from you soon! Oh I just signed up from your “Make $19,000 from Home” programme :)

    Hi there,

I am very new to PayPal. The need for me to create PayPal arises because I have a customer in Singapore and he does not have a bank account in Malaysia, obviously. So if I accept payment from him using PayPal, will I be able to transfer the money into my RHB account (which is registered under my company’s name – I am the sole owner)? And how much is the charges?

    Thank you so much!!!

Actually it takes Paypal around 2,3 days to proses and Maybank around 2-3 days to place the money into our account. However I may be wrong due to the working days issue but it took me in total of around 5 days to get the money.

    Hi there,

My fiance and I have been trying to withdraw money from paypal but until today we are still stuck. Every time we want to get the account verified, we fail. And thus we can’t withdraw our money at all. We have tried 2 different debit cards like NextG and Al-Rajhi which people claim can be used to verify the account status but still no luck. Is there a way to get this account verified at all? Why some people can get their account verified and withdraw their money? Very strange!!! We do not have any credit cards and we do not need one. Please advise me. Your kind reply would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    • I was going to say get a credit card, but you already said you don’t want to. Getting a credit card with an international bank like Citibank / HSBC will definitely solve your problems.

  16. Hi Gobala
This is good for all the internet marketer…n ur Chapter-M became legend …..but at the time u solve the biggest problem.

  17. Vincent says:

    Hi Gobala,
Have you paid your income generated outside Malaysia? Or is exempted? I heard that is working with internet access in Malaysia, and income is taxable as it does not meet the definition of income outside Malaysia.

  18. Khairudin says:

Now we should prepare for the tax :-) and Bank Negara

    • You are 100% correct! It’s only a matter of time before it is compulsory for us to declare all our PayPal income as well, and that sucks. I guess you cannot have the best of both worlds!
