Jeremy Burns Source Code Goldmine

by Gobala Krishnan on February 27, 2007

Jeremy Burns releases new PLR (Private Label Rights) software, ebooks, videos and audio every year, and this time I managed to catch it in time.

If you want to get it, then hurry up because the price is increasing by $100 every few days. You can get it here.

- Only 500 copies will be sold -

Anyways, I had planned to create a new full product on a niche topic for this year, and when I saw Jeremy’s offer it was too good to refuse for me.

He’s offering 10 good products, and I’m planning to use at least 4 of them into a single product, and the rest may be sold off as standalone products.

What’s included in this PLR offer:

  • Complete source code and/or source files
  • Exclusive Master Resale Rights
  • Full web site templates with custom header, footer & background graphics for each product
  • Web site sales letters
  • Full support for you and your customers

I’ve seen some of the other PLR software products, but generally I try to stay away when I see that they offer no support to my customers. And I know that I can’t personally offer support on technical matters, so selling those type of products will just give me premature heart problems.

With the guaranteed support however, I’m confident that I can turn my investment around into a high-quality product that I estimate will make around $1,500 - $3,000 a month.

I can only work on that project starting mid-April however, so if you get this do drop me a line and I’ll help you where I can.

Hi, glad to say I’m a new regular reader … came across your Internet/employment journey post and was fascinated by your experience and your spirit of sharing, thanks.

Regarding this offer you are making here I went to look at the sales page and read a few lines and quit … best of luck on peddling the stuff, it may be good but I don’t wade through all that nonsensical copy any more. The needles are always hidden way too deeply in the haystack … or I’m too lazy, or both.

Just wanted to point out though, since you write well and seem to be interested in accuracy, that h this package and your promo copy makes the same common error/misrepresentation. In general terms you can sell intellectual property in a number of ways. Commercial programs are usually sold as an individual user license .. the “purchaser” only buys the right to use the property individually. You may also sell with resale rights … the purchaser may use the product and may also sell it to others, re branding it with his/her own name if that is what the re-seller rights specify. But to claim “Master reseller rights” is to claim that the prurchaer acquires the sole right to decide who can reseller. This is not the case unless you are selling only the one instance of “master” rights.

What this product and many others claim is actually comical, if not fraudulent. If you sell _me_ for example the “master” rights, then I control who can resell. If you sell someone else the “master” rights as well, then s/he controls the reseller rights. Who then is really in charge? Which ‘master” is actually the “master”? Seems mighty strange to me.

Perhaps I am missing something here?

Hi Dave,

Master Resell Rights on the internet (by right) should work similar to say an offline “master” retail distributor who owns the license for a certain country. He can appoint other resellers, but the resellers themselves are only entitled to sell the product to the end user. If they want to become master distributors themselves, then they need to deal with the producer / distributor of the product.

According to the resell rights terminology diagram here:

http://gobalakrishnan.com/../resell-rights-explained/

However, some owners fail to produce separate sales page that control the usage of the rights, which in effect makes them “Generic Resale Rights”. I think most product owners today don’t care as it helps them achieve their purpose of building a list anyway.

As for the offer, most of it is PLR, so if you create a new product name, add something on to the existing package, and create a new one, you can sell it as a product by itself without any resell rights if you want.
