I’m writing this post feeling more than just annoyed.

I’m furious.

There comes a time in your business when you are put through the challenge of dealing with the most obnoxious idiots around. These people can’t be reasoned with. There aren’t many around (thank god) but they are out there, somewhere.

Listen to the audio for the full story.

The valuable lesson: Don’t bother with idiots. Get rid of them as quickly as you can, and then avoid them at all costs.

If your idiot customer continues to violate your TOC, simply contact the payment processor he uses and generally they will shut his link down. Several offenses will = him being kicked out.

I generally don’t waste my time contacting people. Instead, I take care of them on the back side legally.

Here’s a laugh for you Gobabala…

I had one lady customer that kept complaining that she couldn’t click on the url in my newsletters. She got so upset, I told her to copy the url and paste it into her address bar. She told me she knew how to copy and paste, but she did not want to…How lazy, eh. Well, after a few shouting matches on her side, I finally just gave her a refund.

For those who are reading this, take note that you, the seller has the opportunity to give refunds. The buyer isn’t the only one who can request refunds…

Anyways, there should be a book called Internet Marketing most Idiotic customers.

Later.,

Stephen

Determine what kind of business & people you are dealing with.. Does the Products give Technical Support ? Idiots think you make tonnes of moneys they pay.

Especially, they are Group of Direct Seller have intentions to recruiting you as thier members makes you frustrated in your biz.

Like i serve Life Insurance Agent with my expertise in Computer Related. They Tent to recruit me as thier Career Agent. Even In Direct Selling Companies… Luckily they understand. I Said: I am the wrong person YOU are llooking for..MR.

hah! another story about problematic customer…

I also have a story about one potential problematic customer. I know this one person who has a negative vibe around him & for some reason or another is very critical of me.

One day, he want to buy something from me, although I doubt he really need or want it (by reading his blog post). I suspect he just want to give me a hard time and later spread negative reviews when I cant fulfill his every wish & whims. So, I simply make it hard for him to order.

No regrets. I think that’s the best decision I’ve ever made. No headache. Lost 1 customer is nothing compared to losing 10 potential clients in the future for his negative remarks.

Better spend sometime to improve service for clients that can appreciate excellent service.

Please, you guys are loosing the plot, the customer is always right.
Just apologise for their inconvenience, refund their money & go, any argument will result in them bad mouthing you which is to be avoided at any cost.
Don’t worry I know what it feels like but the faster you can put distance between this customer & the next transaction the better you will feel & be.
