Hi Gobala, your article is very informative. Personally, I prefer email marketing (with autoresponder) and article marketing because it is relatively cheap even free. PPC gets quick result, but somewhat costly.

I use both PPC and postings in forums to advertise my site. PPC has been expensive but i also do affiliate marketing and have a slim profit being quite new to adwords.

Very sound advice. There much more ways to get traffic then these ones. Let me share with your readers another way.

Run a competition on your blog and award the first prize winner an Ipod or something valuable. You can also have some consolation prizes like a t-shirt with your blog address on it.

Get a few of your blogging buddies to promote this competition on their blogs. And there you go for at least a week you will be flooded with loads of visitors to your blog.

Take this chance to build your email list and build your readership of your blog.

And the amount of money you spend on the Ipod’s and t-shirts will not be as expensive as a Google Adword campaign.

Hi Gobala,
How about RSS To Blog or all those mass blog creator? Could that drive more traffic to your site/blog? For example you have your main blog like yours as the domain and you install all the RSS To Blog in your subdomain which is on “autopilot”. Could that increase the traffic?
