Get A Virtual Office in Malaysia

If you want to establish a business presence in Malaysia, or if you work from home and just want a business address, why not consider a virtual office?
I just came across FlexiOffice, and their packages look good. The basic package is only RM150 (USD42) per year and covers:
- Usage of their office address
- SMS / Call Alerts when there is a new mail for you
- Accept courier, documents and parcel on your behalf
- 5 hours conference room usage at RM35 per hour.

I come across a similar temp office space. It located in plaza damas. I think they charge you RM600 but allow you to make phone call up to RM400. the actual rental is RM200 for a month. the office is very small but give you all the basic facility.

Hi, I am currently renting one office suite in Phileo Damansara 1, in Petaling Jaya (Malaysia). Furnitures, location and services are quite decent but I find it quite expensive. Anyone know any other good places that I can look around?
