I only sign up 3 months to find out their service quality. I was so surprised their customer service is not up to the standard. the package i have signed up come dedicated phone number and fax number( internet based) the receptionist who answer the call is not professional and lack of experience. She was very impatient. The communication was very poor and their fax service was down half of the time. Been calling for many times to get someone to understand why i have not receiving my fax when my client has actually forwarded to me since morning. after numerous time making calls to their office at last has attended to my call. the reason given was their server was down. I have facing few issue just to use their service. You have to pay extra if you want to use the projector, no business lounge and photocopy service is chargeable. When my package is almost expiring in July, one of their sales personnel actually called me up and asking whether i want to renew the package, i told them that I have to discuss with my partner, their reply was, if possible to make quick decision or otherwise we will terminate your number and all your mails will no longer be forwarded to you. She sounds like threatening me with that kind of explanation. So I have decided not to renew with them and now using WhiteSpace. I am happy with the service so far and really hope that this one will be different. Keep my finger cross.
