Get A Virtual Office in Malaysia

by Gobala Krishnan on April 4, 2007

If you want to establish a business presence in Malaysia, or if you work from home and just want a business address, why not consider a virtual office?

I just came across FlexiOffice, and their packages look good. The basic package is only RM150 (USD42) per year and covers:

  • Usage of their office address
  • SMS / Call Alerts when there is a new mail for you
  • Accept courier, documents and parcel on your behalf
  • 5 hours conference room usage at RM35 per hour.

Other alternatives:

  1. Virtual office and receptionist services
  2. Managed offices (actual office, with shared facilities)

Jambo Gobala Krishnan! I found this blogsite as I was searching for virtual office in petaling jaya area.

I am from Tanzania. I found cre8 very good and tidy. Location for me is good also, as it is close to my home in Subang. They do not ask me to pay anything extra for use of meeting room or for drinks and refreshments. it is unlimited use.

Before I was with another virtual office in kuala lumpur city centre. it was very expensive, and far to travel to. I am happy with this one in petaling jaya.

Hello Nurul, I’ve been to cre8 too and i do find it worth the investment as the office is nearby the lrt so u would have a choice either to drive or u could just take up the lrt to save the cost. As for the food, to me it’s almost the same as everywhere else.

i went to cre8 office to have a look..
they got promo now for their virtual office package.
pay rm300..free use of mtg rooms/ mini work space
only pay for phone call/fax/printing/drinks.

very tempted to take it up.
the only thing am reconsidering is the travel, parking and food cost..tt would work out to be at least rm500/mnth if i were to go there 20 days a month.
which i reckon i will since i am paying for the space.

and the other hindrance is tt can only use the facilities from 9-6pm weekdays.

what u guys reckon?
worth the investment?

@ Nikki – You should also, as I did, seriously consider getting a small regular office, it’s much much cheaper than having a virtual office. Especially if you’re going to be in your office every day any way..

Hi, I am currently renting one office suite in Phileo Damansara 1, in Petaling Jaya (Malaysia). Furnitures, location and services are quite decent but I find it quite expensive. Anyone know any other good places that I can look around?

I come across a similar temp office space. It located in plaza damas. I think they charge you RM600 but allow you to make phone call up to RM400. the actual rental is RM200 for a month. the office is very small but give you all the basic facility.
