I bought an e-book online yesterday via ClickBank. The link asked for my credit card number but not bank of issuance. Will I encounter any problem?
Please help to advise.

hi, may i know if Clickbank sends a check to us using mail, will we be able to retrieve it from our bank? I mean about the currency written on the check. Are they going to write in Dollar or MYR? I never receive a check before and i’m wondering about that.

No Sir! I have never requested any refunds before. Clickbank asks me to check with my credit card centres and i did check. My card centres all said that my cards are all active and no declines. I have also checked with my paypal accounts support. It is said that my paypal account is ok. Below is only reply by Clickbank:

“Hello Koo,

Thank you for your inquiry! We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank first to determine if there is an issue with the provider that can be resolved. If your credit card company denies declining any charge, then your card was declined by our risk management system. This is a separate authorization system, so we cannot provide any information regarding the decline. You may try using a different credit card or allowing 24-48 hours to lapse before making another attempt.

Unfortunately, ClickBank cannot override any decline or process transactions manually. We realize this can be frustrating, but accepting credit cards over the Internet is a dangerous business for both us and our clients. It is better that we err on the side of caution, rather than risk facilitating fraudulent transactions. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly to everyone involved. We do our best to protect our clients from this.

Hi! Gobala Krishnan!

I need your professional advise on how to solve problems making payments to clickbank. I used to be able to make payments to clickbank by using paypal when purchasing info-products. Now, I can no longer purchase info-products from Clickbank using my credit cards or paypal. Everytimes, when i make my purchase, clickbank always reject my payments. This is the error indicated by Clickbank Secure Order Form “Your Order Was Not Approved”. Can anybody advise me what to do. I really don’t know what to do…

“In your country of residence, our only method of payment is via check” – what they mean is that cannot transfer to Malaysian bank. But if you have a US bank account you can certainly do it.

“your account make $500 per pay period” – that explains more why my second account could not do it. But I think Clickbank didnt mention this on their site, did they?
