Paid them US$47 for eCover, sent them numerous emails and no respond at all. It has been a week + versus their 24-36 hours delivery promise!? Luckily I just provided them 1 job. I'm a bit disappointed with such kind of customer service from Malaysian provider. Going to file dispute through PayPal if no respond Hafiz tomorrow.
