Earn RM4,000 Monthly With Our Affiliate Program

One very popular question I get is "How Much Money Can I Make Promoting Internet Millionaires Club?"

To answer this question, for the whole month of February I marketed IMC using my affiliate link for testing purposes just to see how much money an affiliate can make marketing this site.

 imc-comission-potential

I have censored other affiliate’s data for privacy, but you can see that the affiliate ID I created for myself where I generated USD 249.12 commissions for the entire month,or roughly about RM800. But, that’s just the first month!

The Internet Millionaires Club affiliate program pays you 40% commissions per month, which means that you can make monthly income from just one sale for as long as the sale is active. Lets assume that only 80% of members renew their membership every month for the next 6 months.

So, if I keep up with my marketing efforts exactly as it is, I can continue to generate RM800 in new sales every month plus RM640 from my previous month’s sale. After 6 months, this is how much I can be earning:

  • Month 1: RM800
  • Month 2: RM800 + RM640 = RM1,440
  • Month 3: RM800 + RM1,280 = RM2,080
  • Month 4: RM800 + RM1,920 = RM2,720
  • Month 5: RM800 + RM2,560 = RM3,360
  • Month 6: RM800 + RM3,200 = RM4,000

In total, for 6 months you can logically make a total of RM13,600 and after that you can even make more.

There are a few reasons why our affiliate program is a great choice for you to make money online:

  • I, Gobala Krishnan have a proven track record of making money online and at any give time I can show complete proof of how much I make – and people already know this!
  • This site is uniquely catered to the needs of Malaysians, and you will not find any other site like this one
  • My copywriting skills, and the use of audio / video presentations, will ensure that anyone you send to the sales page will be interested, and about 3% will sign-up.
  • We can pay you via Paypal (USD) or Ringgit Malaysia check (coming soon) at the end of every month as long as you balance is more than USD10.00
  • Instead of getting paid only once per sale, you get paid every month for your referred sale until the sale is canceled by the member

In the next few posts, I’ll share a little information with you on how to promote IMC both online and offline, using a few targeted and effective strategies that I have used to accomplish my own results.

Our affiliate program is open to members only, so sign-up now.

Our Little Internet Millionaires Club Keeps Growing

When I first started InternetMillionares.com.my I was a bit skeptical.

I wasn’t really sure if I should spend my time catering to the Malaysian market, since:

  • I can literally make 3 times more with the same information marketed to a US-based crowd like I do with WordPress Adsense System – most Malaysians are shocked when they convert USD97 to RM310 but I’m getting at least 1-2 sale per day from the international market
  • I was already getting pretty irritated with the Malaysian mentality after 2 years of dealing with lazy bums who cannot make up their own mind or take responsibility for their actions
  • Even Patric Chan (the last time I spoke to him was in World Internet Summit Singapore) said that he had given up on the Malaysian market, probably due to the same 2 reasons above. Personally I don’t blame him..

Still I wanted to contribute something locally and thus started moving Malaysian-related content away from my personal blog and started this site. I wasn’t 100% sure of the response I was going to get even though Patric himself joked that I am more famous than he is (in Malaysia at least).

But the signs are good.

imc-alexa

Overall, this site has slowly but consistently risen up the traffic charts on Alexa, to about 74,000 right now. Not bad considering some people are below Alexa 100,000 even after a year of blogging.

imc-analytics

In terms of actual traffic, Google Analytics also shows a significant improvement from the same period last month, although I actually forgot to put the codes on some high traffic pages and I just corrected that mistake yesterday :)

imc-countries

94.8% of visitors are from Malaysia. Geo-targeting seems to be working, with the .com.my domain name and the site targeting using Google Webmaster tools. Basically I’m trying to tell Google that my site is super-targeted to Malaysia.

imc-silver

Show me the money!

Finally, I’d say we’re adding about 2 new Silver members per day, which is good but still below my target of 5 new members / day. I have to refine my advertising and hopefully with my new media strategy and the launch of my much-delayed book, this will happen easily.

So for all Silver members, fear not. I’m not going to abandon my project, and this site isn’t going to disappear.

I wanted to start a strong Internet marketing community in Malaysia as I strongly believe that I can do that. If you attended the last mastermind session and you’re happy with what you got, let me tell you that was just 20% of what I had in mind to achieve.

More good things coming your way!

Why Some Malaysians Have The Wrong Mentality

Over the past 2 years meeting a lot of Malaysians who want to make money online, I’ve only met a handful of people with the right mentality about making money online. The rest of them just don’t have it takes to be successful online, and the number one reason is the way they think.

Watch this video to discover what I think separates the people who succeed, from those who never will. Get the YouTube version if you want to put this videos on our blog.

Interview with Gaman from Sabahan.com

sabahan-gaman

I’ve been following the works of a fellow Malaysian from Sabah, by the name of Gaman and his blog at Sabahan.com

I’d love to interview Gaman as part of the Silver membership and maybe even have him as a guest speaker for my planned events. Unfortunately according to Gaman he’s a real shy fellow (could not even get a picture of him, only his MyBlogLog picture), so what we have instead is a very simple email interview as follows:

Q: Where are you from, and how long have you been doing business online?

I am from Tambunan, Sabah. I’ve been doing business online, part time and for fun, since 1997 when I was still studying in the university. I went full time after I graduated in 1999.

Q: What types of other business models have you tried, and what made you choose blogging?

I did affiliate marketing when I first learn the ropes during the early days. Then I branched out into software development and pay per click marketing. I still do those things today, in fact they are my main income generator. I blog because it appeared that everybody was doing it except myself J. I felt that I needed to stay abreast and be part of this growing trend. Along the way, I hope aspiring netpreneurs could learn about making money online the right way from my blog.

Q: How do you make money from your blog?

AdSense, affiliate programs and text link ads. However, due to the recent changes in how Google treats blogs that serve paid links, I might stop selling them soon.

Q: How do you get traffic to your blog?

Organic search engines, links from other sites, AdWords.

Q: What is your advice for Malaysians who want to start blogging?

Just do it. If you want to make money from it, work hard, be patience and try to do something that differentiate your blog from the rest. Other than that, just have fun.

Yes, I know the interview is short, but still it’s as good as any. Although Gaman give short answers to interview, on his blog at Sabahan.com he goes all the way to share all his tips and secrets. Some of the best posts from his blog:

How much money does Gaman make on the Internet? Here’s a hint from his July 2007 income report:

I know some of you have been wondering how much I am making from the Internet. My total blog income made up just a small portion of my total income but I see it’s increasing month after month.

Still I am not quite comfortable revealing my exact total income but I tell you this, it’s over RM10,000 per month. My goal is to reach USD10,000 by the end of this year. My blogs revenue is the slowest growing income stream while affiliate programs are the fastest.

Here are some of my income sources for the month of July, 2007. They were generated from several blogs and websites and not from Sabahan.com alone. The amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Google AdSense: $618.46
  • ValueClick.com: $349.35
  • Commission Junction: $990.45
  • Text-Link-Ads: $291.73
  • MaxBounty: $366.25
  • Other Affiliate Programs: Est. $1000

Grand Total: $3616.24

Malaysia Dot Com Entrepreneur Search

I first read about it on Steven Wong’s blogYouthMalaysia.com, together with Nuffnang and MIRC Incubator will organize “Malaysian Dot Com Youth Search” in conjunction with the 1st Malaysia Youth Entrepreneur Convention 2008 in PWTC, KL.

According to the MIRC website:

The incubation program will cover services such as office facilities, business centre, technology/engineering, market development, business development, human resources, Legal and IP and strategy development. Good and commercially viable projects can seek funding from the i2 Project or any other strategic angel investors linked to MIRC. Projects are then incubated in our incubation centre. We seek to maximum success rate by minimising business risk and accelerating the commercialization process.

Malaysian Spammers Selling Email Addresses

Don’t you ever fall for this deceiving scam – someone sends you an email, asking you if you want to buy ALL the email addresses on the Internet!

I have seen a few Malaysian spammers spamming me with an advertisement, asking if you want to join them as a spammer.

malaysian-spammers

These email addresses are collected by a spider, bot or other software without the permission of the owner. If you send them emails based on this, then you’re spammin them.

It doesn’t matter if by paying RM15 you can get 1.5 million or more email addresses as well as the software to send out spam – at the end of the day it’s still spam.

It will not make you rich overnight. Instead, it can get you in a lot of trouble by being banned and blocked by email providers and ISPs. It’s to bad that Malaysian authorities are not dealing with these spammers which spoil it for the rest of us and gives Malaysia a bad name, but I do foresee more strict action against spammers in the near future.
