Thanks for asking about sending thank you letters Kai. If I can find the person’s mailing address, I’ll usually send her a mail. Offline thank you letters are more effective because they stand out from the crowd. People won’t miss it amongst the 100 emails they receive everyday.

I use sendoutcards.com and postful.com to send out thank you cards and letters. That way, I don’t have to go through printing, finding a stamp and going to the post office to mail.

I wish to work flexible while still keep in contact with my office colleague. But I had problem in 9-5 works. Hope to release myself our from it. Anyway, when you going to organize a meetup? I willing to learn from all the Master around Malaysia esp KL.
