SwissCash - What’s Your Opinion?

I try to answer the questions submitted at AskGobala.com, but I can’t answer all, especially this question by Mel:

I was wondering whether SWISS CASH is reliable or rather a worthwhile investment? Lookt at SwissCash.biz, I found these:

  • Average Investment Return – 20% per calendar month
  • 300% Returns in 450days
  • More Income for Financial Consultants
  • Built USD78 million fund within 6 months of global launching
  • Expected to hit USD1 Billion by 2007
  • Principal guaranteed by Swiss Mutual Fund(1948)

I also found some screenshots of earnings and diagrams of how it works. Here’s the main idea of SwissCash:

By every month (30 days) of investment, you will get your monthly return based on the given percentage. You can withdraw or re-invest to gain more return. So, each investment of USD 100,000, you will get USD 300,000 in return! (USD 100,000 x 300%)

I have heard about Swiss Cash back in February 2006 but I decided not to get involved, even thought the promied returns look great on paper.

So I can’t answer this question, but if you do have experience with SwissCash, just submit your comment below.

Ponzi and Pyramid Schemes and are never a legitimate / government approved investment scheme. These crooks are always out there to lure gullible people to invest their hard earned money for profits where as in the end only the owner will ultimately win the scamming game.

People fall for this because they don’t understand how exactly Ponzi and Pyramid Scheme Works… So people must in fact understand them in life.

Sometime back in April 2006, a relative of mine ventured into the SwissCash biz. He introduced me to his sponsor. I was given all sorts of proof … from bank statements to sms messages and how he is gonna resign from his work to pursue this full time etc. I was so impressed and nearly invested into the scheme.
He initially told me the minimum was USD100.00 but was pushing me to invest USD1000.00 to be able to reap the real rewards. I nearly did but somehow…i decided to hold on. After a few months, i saw the same guy again…he’s still working despite claims of getting alomost RM80K per month, still drives an old beatup car.
In a way, Swisscash is just like an MLM except that its more resemble a get rich quick scheme. You make big money, when u get downlines ..you have to sponser. Unless you have BIG capital to invest initially…you have to sponsor.
My cousin claim to have made thousands, but he too still works to this day. His early retirement plan has not kicked in yet…and everyone he meets now…he talks about the swiss cash plan and how plp should somehow find USD’s to invest……….infact he working harder know to sponsor plp…just like an MLMer.
So…i dont know….maybe not my cup of tea.

for once i just don’t understand why people keep promoting this program. YES i agree that a lot of people earn decent money here….but most of it are those who got in early, now with all this bad rumors on News and tv, i’m sure all the newcomer have problem promoting and worst they have to wait at least 8 - 10 months to get back their capital.

i’ve known this program since it launch but never bother to sign up…remember Studiotraffic. compare to swisscash, ST is more establish with office in M’sia even but what happen in the end when everybody started to pour in more cash. even now there are still no news on lawsuit or anything since there is no record on the true HQ or any legal letter to refer to.

to me every cent is worthy, so when i put in money, I must be certain that the company is under the right legislation. but not with swisscash, even the swiss government didn’t endorsed this program, so how even the word swiss be put there….hmmm.

my 2 cents:

swisscash is just like any other hyip, autosurf..etc. program. when the program is at it top, everybody is promoting like crazy, but when it goes down….everybody is bashing here and there…..it will end eventually…

Dear Gobala,
I’ve heard of Swiss Cash. In fact a couple of people I know are members. So far they’ve expressed satisfaction.

However, I’m a cautious person and so far have not been tempted.

There’s always risk in any investment or venture. I guess it’s a matter of whether one can absorb the risk, or spare the cash. I think to be an investor minimum USD1,000.00 with upline and downline. Ordinary member USD100.00 no downline until investment reaches USD1,000.00. Someone I know invested several months back, and he mentioned that there’s a USD10.00 earned since.

Regards
Eugene

Hi guys..
Regardless what people say, I still believe in SwissCash. I have personally invesed USD11000 last month and even promote as in my website. This is my first month and I am getting the promised return of 10%. My risk only another 7 months more. After that, only profit start coming.. and that sound good ha.

I think majority of people in Malaysia get used to MLM. I am personally sick and tired of MLM too. That is surely not my type. I will never ever join any MLM company that usually meet and push people to join. In some country this MLM already banned. Only, if I feel and sense that they just want to rip off my pocket for their own interest. So, MLM.. forget it.

Why I join SwissCash? I am currently earning RM9,500 in my stable job here somewhere in Johor. And, high post too. But, what I am really upset is how the bank community treat me. I am 80-90% work for the bank.. per say because my salary goes to them. Trust, you can imagine for what they are.. hmmm..

So, I declare myself on 31st August 2006 midnight, to start my war against them. It is not like what our fellow people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine or Lubnan being terrorized by American. I want them to work very hard for me instead of what I have been doing to them for the last 10 years. Sound interesting haaa… but it works. Only, if you know how and what strategy to use. If you have any interest to know, just mail me and I can share with you my strategy.

It is the bank policy and to some extend government, to keep people earning below par, so that will give them extra mileage to manipulate the poor for their own agenda or interest. Wow.. sound big. But, this is the fact. Media for sure will attack this new wave since you know who behind them also. Basically, to protect their interest and to some extend government interest. Think about it.

So, in short, follow our heart. Use the 5 senses + 1 more instinct to read between the lines. OKlah.. visit my website or send me a ‘nasty’ email if you disagree with this. I am OK with the return and those that would like to remain passenger, it is OK too.

Take care and god bless..

Many Investment Program just like SwissCash out there, what I wonder is… why they only attack SwissCash?

Do you think Malaysia Bank which collecting ASN, ASB and many more Goverment investment doing it for FREE?
I dont think so… they must be get some commision from goverment, and so do the SwissCash Investor got their SAP and SRP commision when they introduced new Investor!

Goverment should introduced Investment plan like SwissCash; giving you some commision when get new investor. by this way many Malaysian will invest in ASN, ASB, ASW and many more Malaysian investment!!!

swisscash….. only God knows whether it is scam or not. As far as I know, people are still getting money out of it. Our life is full of risk, even while you’re walking on desserted street-coz you might struck my lightning!. Big gunners always taking about taking risk to success- either Lim Goh Tong or Bill gates itself, the more risk you take the more chances you will succeed; even in internet business. people take risk, do they?. The only thing that make the different is whether you are taking a blunt risk or a calculative risk like our remisier ask us to do!
Again, swisscash is a risk. Would you risk your RM 3,800 to get RM 1,000,000 in 60 months a risk that you would take. If not, don’t and if the answer is yes that give it a go. I lost RM 100k in my legitimate business, no heartfeeling becoz that is the risk I took.

My advice; forget about scam; you know the risk and and the return. If you are a high risk taker why NOT- if you are not, then keep the accusation to yourself and let people like us take this risk, enjoy it until it proven otherwise with no regrett-coz I know concsiously the risk.

thank you

any highrisk taker, take the risk…www.swisscash/biz/myazm0500301

Go to the above post and see for yourself.

The swiss embassy claims that swisscash or swiss mutuall fund are not a switzerland registered company and their phone number are fake.

Why would a legitimate company do that?
or more importantly,

Why would you want to invest in a company that lies?

NEWS TAKEN FROM THE STAR NEWS PAPER (MALAYSIA)
Thursday October 5, 2006

44 investors fleeced of millions of ringgit

By ANDREW SAGAYAM

saggy@thestar.com.my

KUALA LUMPUR: Forty-four people were duped of millions of ringgit by a syndicate operated by Datuks who promised huge returns for a minimum investment in a get-rich-quick scam.

Nine men including three Datuks aged between 40 and 63 were arrested on Monday and remanded until Saturday.

Federal commercial crimes director Commissioner Datuk Ramli Yusuff said the scam was uncovered in the middle of last month when four victims lodged police reports.

The four, said to be a lawyer, a consultant, a technician and the secretary-general of a ministry, claimed that they were cheated of RM16mil.

Comm Ramli urged the remaining 40 victims to come forward. Police are looking for three more syndicate members, all locals in their 30s.

“The Datuks met their victims at five-star hotels after being introduced by runners. The syndicate claimed it had over RM3tril deposited in the Union Bank of Swiss.

“Victims were told to invest RM50,000 to RM75,000 daily for weeks until the cash from Switzerland was transferred to the syndicate’s foreign bank accounts here,” Comm Ramli told a press conference at the commercial crimes department headquarters here yesterday.

The syndicate claimed that the cash was public money transferred to the Union Bank of Swiss for safekeeping by the British colonial government before Malaya’s independence.

“The victims were assured of receiving about 35% from the RM3 trillion. To convince the victims, the syndicate forged foreign bank account statements that purportedly showed the large profits the syndicate had made,” said Comm Ramli.

ps. Hope this will help .

It is kinda funny when someone considered “been paid” as “legit”. I believe most of the scam program do pay at first, that is how they make money and attract more people to join in. Basic knowledge in psychology will tell us that most of the people will keep their money in the program so that they can mutiply their money. Let consider an situation.

‘A’ put in 1000 USD to be a financial planner. After three months ‘A’ withdraw his money with 300% ROI. Amazed with the amount of cash, ‘A’ reinvest the money, this time he put in even more than the total amount he withdrew.

As, long as people reinvest their money and as long as only 10% of the people take out their money at one time while 90% of the people still keeping in their money and as long as there is new people joining the program, they won’t have any problem paying you. People are greedy, the more digits they see, the more greedy they get. As example:

‘ A’ wants to withdraw some cash, so he checks his swisscash account, he saw the total amount in his account is 100K. Now he has to make a decision, withdraw all the money or only withdraw 10% of them. So that the rest of the money can mutiply. So he decided to only withdraw 10% of them and let the rest mutiply itself.

Here again, as long as people only withdraw small amount of them, they won’t have problem paying people. Just as how the bank works, as long as we keep our money in their bank, the bank won’t be bancrupt.

The problem arise when people start withdrawing a big amount of cash and less and less people joining the program. When this happen, they start to lose money, of course with 300% (which I believe even Warren Buffet won’t be able to do that) to pay back to their investor (which of course the simply don’t have that money), the best thing to do is run away.

Many people get scammed with this SwissCash, including my elder brother who supposed to be a “smart” person, get blinded with the amount of potential return till I finally succeed in persuading him to withdraw all his money and stop before it is too late.

Most of these people they never know what real trading is. They know the meaning of the word “forex” and they though they know what forex is all about. For that reason they believe what some HYIP company claimed, that they can make a lot of money through forex and payback the investors. Just like some bunch of people who joined forex forum after learning some basic things about forex and boasted they know how to make a lot of money from it based on their performance on a demo trading platform. The truth is, while they make thousands and probably million in demo account. They lost all their money in less than 5 days when they get into “real” trading”.Real traders know that trading isn’t that simple, and it is even harder for those who only good at gambling. 300% return? Kill me if even Bank of England can do that, let alone if they ever dare to take the risk for such a return.

Hi everyone..

This may not come across too happily for you but if maybe
it helps you get out now without any loss then I hope it is
good news for you in the end. Sorry to be the bearer
of not good news but better you know before.. not after.

This link has a lot to say but the conclusion is obvious.
Read ZTC in particular. He spells it out very simple and clearly.

http://www.hyip-expert.com/tools/blogger/index/blog_id/83/

Before I came across this link and all it reveals I did my
own DD and there are too many red flags for my comfort..
and that isn’t just the website which itself is full of holes.
Pretty it may well be.. but full of holes it is.

I couldn’t find any sign of an SMF(1948) any where in any
company registers etc nor any newspaper articles.. info..
etc.. over the last fifty years (yes there are digitised papers
and news going that far back [and further]).. so my personal
decision is to stay away.. a long way away. I spent weeks
trying to find anything and came up empty-handed every time.

That’s got to tell you something solid in my opinion.

Kind Regards to all..

Col.

Dear Gobala,

Some of the peoples who join the Swiss Cash seem to be happy with their earning so far. They claimed that they are still receiving their profit till today. If they did, that is O.K.

But, did they get their investment back yet?

Believe me this kind of investment will not be last for long. The time will come and we will just wait and see.

Do you know how Ponzi’s Scheme or Pyramid Scheme works? Their strategy is to pay all the earliest investor to attract more new investors to join in. That’s why until today these guys still getting their return.

What about the newbies who just recently joined the club or have the interest to join it? My advice is they better stay away from this Swiss Cash. It is better for them to keep their hard earn money in their pocket safely. If you are already in, you better find the way to get back your money and run a way.

If you like please come to my blog to read my writing about Ponzi Scheme and Pyramid Scheme at http://mukhlis.wordpress.com or http://explorechances.com and leave your comment there.

Read this about the Swiss Cash News on 4th & 5th Sept:
————————————————————————
Kes tipu: Dua ‘Datuk’ tiada kaitan Swiss Cash

Oleh SOPI SAMAILE

KUALA LUMPUR 4 Okt.

SwissCash? Swiss watch tahulah coz I invest and have quiet a number of them. Well, after reading, I found that SwissCash is not my kinda investment. From what I know any offshore investmenet arm cannot collect money through internet. My husband have an offshore asset management company and we wanted to sell Malaysian unit trust and some other investments to non-Malaysian by putting it in the intenet sometimes ago, however didn’t get approval by the Security Commission and BNM. Reason was cannot collect money trhrogh internet, it is against the law. So, be extra careful where and what to invest.

Can you make money from swisscash? Yes.
Have many people made lots of money from swisscash? Yes.
Will people continue to make money from deals like swisscash? Yes.

Can people make money from snatch thefts/selling drugs? Yes.
Have many people made lots of money from snatch thefts/drugs? Yes.
Will people continue to… (ok la, you catch my drift, right?)

Is it illegal to snatch handbags/sell drugs? (A smart-alec answered, “So long as you don’t get caught, no!)

My point is, as in most scams, it is not easy to “bongkar” the scam. Unfortunately, in most cases, we will only know the truth WHEN IT IS TOO LATE, ie. when the house of cards comes tumbling down.

By then, the “early birds” would have made their millions and cabut. The victims are the thousands of gullible and greedy (scams will be around as long as these two “G”s exists).

For those of you chaps here that says “it’s my life, my cash, i can bear the risks!”… that’s fine, dudes. All the best to ya. JUST MAKE SURE you dont mislead others and have innocent blood on your hands.

-Peace.

Why do everyone keep on discussion whether it is scam or real. The only thing i can say is that its been running for more than 1 year and it has been paying ON TIME EVERYTIME. I have personal friends who have collected thus so far more than RM1 million! The main reason why it is getting all the press coverage is that apparently BNM discovered a lot of people are withdrawing from goverment approved investments in Malaysia, and putting it in SwissCash. Hence all the havoc in the press recently..

P/S : I heard an Amanah Saham ******* lost RM 600 million in bad investments. Why is it being kept quiet?

AmbassadorPeace: “I have personal friends who have collected thus so far more than RM1 million!”

wohaaa! he’s making more than 1 Mil?!! How about you, do you making more than him?

The same gimmick used whether in hyip forum, blog and etc. “My friend is making more than 1 mil.”

Gecko: I like your style

for those of you who say you have friends.
if you invested through your friends, and the scheme collapsed one day, will they be your friends still?

Did you look through the system?
Is it financially sound?
Or did you just look at the payout every month and decided to withdraw everything you had and put it in?

Have you made a plan for the future?
For those who have the millionaire friends.
What happens in your mind in the 0.00001% chance that the scheme fails?
What is your back door?

BTW, did you also sell this scheme to your parents?
Your boyfriend/girlfriend, your spouse?
Your cousin? Your colleague?
What happens in your mind in the 0.00001% chance that the scheme fails?
What is your back door?

After seeing all the domain registration and I guess it’s just a matter of time before someone comes out with the RM5 or RM10 to buy the company registration information, from the company registrar.

What is your reaction when you see that Bank Negara does not endorse swissfund?
Do you think they are idiots?
Are you still 100% confident?

I guess if you are, that’s very good.

But i think i will be keeping my money to myself, thank you.

Nature of bisnes : Involved on various Investment.

conclusion/my advice, quit any Very High Risk offshore program.and do not promote to your frends just to get your referral commision.

Its not a matter if a program is paying: Its more important how long it will survive. Its just a matter of time.

SwissCash is real for a certain time frame….maybe for 5 years…or more…..or less…

Conclusion, nothing can last forever…..so, people who never take a chance, will never have a chance…

I strongly agree with Hafiz. He’s a nice person tho I haven’t really chatted with him it’s just my instinct :)

I was sooo tempted at one time early this year but I didn’t invest. I have bad experience with HYIP’s in the past & I’m sure gobala had them too so try get him to invest then you’re really gonna get it from him!…..:) lol (just kidding don’t mind)

I’ve decided to invest my own money by trading profitable forex.
Check out my past performance at http://seosteps-forex.blogspot.com

KeVin,
unfortunately those who learn nothing from history are doomed to repeat it.

And the worst thing is that the aunties and uncles who invest their life savings into this will be the worst off.

For those who have already invested in it, the best of luck to you.

For those who’re considering about going in:
1) Do your research
2) Call up the regulatory authorities. If Bank Negara is against it, are you taking a big risk?
3) Do you ever consider that you are getting a big return, and where is the money coming from? Surely it has to come from someone/somewhere.
Maybe it’s from the cousin of the president of Nigeria who needs the help getting $25 million through a forgotten bank account and now he needs your help…

I think $25m is a better return, isn’t it?

Hello Andrew,
Great offer on your money back guarantee program. Interesting :)

On why ppl just never learn? Well I guess we need to understand their story as well. My guess is most do not know how to make money like experts here i.e gobala, andrew & many more entreprenuer :)
So basically their only choice is to take higher risk for a higher investment return.

I agree with Kevin as well. Maybe it’s their strategy to attract potential investor :) same strategy as any AS,HYIP’s or other MLM. Hope I don’t offend anyone here it’s only an opinion :)

Hello krul,
Great! Looks like we’re on the same boat lol :)

I’m using http://seosteps-forex.blogspot.com to give out any information & for those who sign up with me will be given free tutorial service & some profitable tips as bonus :)

Last month I made $264usd that’s a cool Rm900++ but there’s risk involve at least I don’t worry of being scammed and best of all no monthly maintainance cost i.e - autoresponder,hosting,shopping cart,expensive ebooks,costly seminars,advertising cost, etc………

I used to rely on HYIP’s to invest my money but sadly I worried most of the time about when & how will I be scammed. So how can I depend solely on this source of income? That’s when I’ve decided to go for long term goal which is forex

For those who invested on Swisscash enjoy your return but I’m not sure if those are legal money or is it safe to declare in case you buy luxurious car or a few houses in cash. Money laundering act is very serious it may freeze all of your personal belongings

My advice to all investors is don’t be greedy & take profit
